Seeing me fckd up when I was overwhelmed by the tasks/customers that I had to manage, a colleague of mine pointed me to “The website is down: Sales Guy vs Web Dude” video ( www.thewebsiteisdown.com - by Josh Weinberg), which I found out as a very good pill for stressful situations.
