“Your sins are the only thing interesting about you you dreary, bleak motherfuckers.” (Doug Stanhope)

This is a personal blog. The views expressed on this blog are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of my employer or of any third party that I may or may not be related with.

This blog includes links to other sites operated by third parties. These are provided as a means of convenient access to the information/opinion contained therein. I’m in no way responsible for the content of any other sites or any products or services that may be offered through other sites.

I’m not responsible, nor will be held liable, for anything anyone says on this blog in the blog comments, nor the laws which they may break in my country or theirs through their comments’ content, implication and intent.

I will not compensate you in any way whatsoever if you ever happen to suffer a loss/inconvenience/damage because of/while making use of information in this blog. Although it may claim otherwise, this blog does not offer legal, medical, psychiatric, veterinary, gynecological, archaeological, astronomical, astrological, ontological, paleontological, philosophical, axiological, audiological, bacteriological, mineralogical, criminological, terminological, dermatological, ecclesiastical, campanological, phrenological, phonological, technological, hematological, campanological, neurological, psychobiological, urological, ufological, typological, mythological, hydrological, zoological, logical or any other kind of professional advice.

In addition, my thoughts and opinions change from time to time… I consider this a necessary consequence of having an open mind. This blog is intended to provide a semi-permanent point in time snapshot and manifestation of the various memes running around my brain, and as such any thoughts and opinions expressed within out-of-date posts may not the same, nor even similar, to those I may hold today.

I’m one of several googlers who’s answering questions online and sometimes for the press. I usually handle questions IT related, so in this area I’m more likely to make sense and less likely to say something stupid. But as long as I’m making a living out of this, I will not comment anything related to my work here. If I’ll feel the desire to write about my work, I shall use my employer’s blogging system.

Language is a tricky thing, so as long as I’m is not a native English, French (or whatever other language that I might use) speaker, my words might be misconstrued. I’m not responsible for translation or interpretation of content and for bad grammar or punctuation.

The copyright policy of this blog is as follows: feel free for taking/adapting the content of this blog, that is not specified as a third party contribution, with the exceptions of photos or videos that contain my wife, mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, grandparents, cousins, step relations, any other blood relative and myself, this website’s web host… without mentioning the author.

All trademarks, service marks, collective marks, design rights, personality rights, copyrights, registered names, mottos, logos, avatars, insignias and marks used or cited by this website are the property of their respective owners and this website in no way accepts any responsibility for an infringement on one of the above.

I don’t have commercial interest in blogging at this moment and may not accept invitations/requests of certain type which I deem inappropriate.

Why can you leave comments… that will never be published?
Leaving comments is a way of letting me know what you think about what I wrote or to get in contact with me. The comments for a post will be published only if due to them I will edit/correct that post… otherwise I will keep them for myself. Although, there may be posts in which I’m publicly asking for your opinion, so those will be published.
